I - DELIVERY

What are the delivery methods and times?

Standard delivery :

Free from 101 euros of purchase in France, 151 euros in the European Union.
Place your order from Monday to Friday before 1pm, for a delivery

  • within 2 to 5 working days in France
  • within 3 to 10 working days for the European Union
  • 7 to 15 working days for the rest of the countries covered by the delivery

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

RESEA SWIMWEAR delivers the Products ordered only to France(France zone), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland(EU zone) and United Kingdom, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, Hong Kong Chinese S.A., United Kingdom, United States of America, United States of America.Hong Kong SAR of China, Macau SAR of China, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, South Africa, Morocco, Tunisia, Norway, Turkey, Ukraine, Australia, Canada, USA, Mexico(Great Export zone).

How can I track the status of my order and its shipment?

Once your order has been completed and paid for, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been accepted and is being prepared. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the website of the carrier who will bring your order to you. At any time, you can follow the different steps of the delivery and when it is scheduled.

II - RETURNS

How to return my order

Please send an email to contact@reseaswimwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return (use of the 14-day withdrawal period or lack of conformity in the order). You will receive a confirmation email if the return conditions are met and you can send your order back to

Once your return has been received and checked by our services, your refund will be effective and your refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 15 working days.

For health and hygiene reasons, products such as lingerie or swimwear are not subject to the possibility of return (exchange or refund) if they have already been worn.
